About Appointments

Our physicians and nurse practitioners see patients by appointment. We are not a walk-in clinic and discourage walk-in medical problems. If you have an emergency, please go to an ER. If you have an urgent medical problem that needs quick attention that day, call and speak with the receptionist so she can let your doctor's nurse/assistant know of the problem.

Most follow-up appointments are fifteen minutes long. Please try to make your next appointment as you check out to leave. You can change it later if it doesn't fit your schedule.

Our staff tries to make a reminder call to every patient the day before their appointment. This is a courtesy call. If you cannot make it to an appointment, please call at least 24 hours ahead of time to cancel your appointment, so we can offer that time to another patient. If you miss an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be sent a reminder letter. We charge $50.00 for a subsequent missed appointment or late cancellation.

For new patient appointments, please arrive 30 minutes before the appointment time to do paper work and allow time for the nurse to check you in. For follow-up appointments, please arrive 15 minutes early so you can be checked in by reception and the nurse or medical assistant. Bring your insurance card to every appointment. Bring a current list of medications with dosage and frequency to every appointment.
